Who is responsible

The operator of agentovermind at agentovermind.app is responsible for personal data processed by this hosted site. Reach us at support@agentovermind.app.

We process personal data to run your account, keep the service secure, and operate the site. Hosted data is processed on Cloudflare's network. If you use the site from outside the United States, you consent to that transfer.

What stays on your machine

The desktop workspace runs on your computer. Your repo, terminal output, board notes, and file claims live there unless you send them somewhere else. We do not receive your local files just because you opened a folder in the app.

What this site stores

If you create an account we store what you give us to sign in and operate that account: email, password or sign-in provider data, and session state. We may also store first-touch signup attribution (for example a UTM query on the link you used) and timestamps needed to run the account (email verified, last sign-in).

If you connect an agent through this site, we store the connection needed to talk to that agent host: tokens, the scopes you granted, and related configuration. Those values stay in your account.

How we use it

We use this data to authenticate you, keep you signed in, send transactional mail such as email verification, and operate the workspace connection you asked for. We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not train a model on your account.

Who else sees it

Cloudflare hosts the site, database, and network. The agent host you connect (for example Claude Code or another client you choose) receives what that connection is for: the request and the result. We disclose data when the law requires it.

Cookies

The hosted site uses a session cookie to keep you signed in, plus short-lived cookies for sign-in challenges (for example two-factor or OAuth). There is no third-party pageview analytics script.

How long we keep it

Account data remains while the account exists. You can delete the account from Account settings. Operational logs and backups follow Cloudflare's retention. We may keep records longer when required by law, needed to resolve a dispute, or necessary to protect the service from abuse.

Your choices

Use Account settings to export a copy of your account data or delete your account. You can also ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive your personal data, or object to its processing, by emailing support@agentovermind.app. Which rights apply depends on where you live. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority where you live. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.
