Terms of Service
The agreement for using agentovermind, including the desktop workspace and this site.

Who runs agentovermind
agentovermind is the product at agentovermind.app. Questions about these terms can go to support@agentovermind.app.
What this is
agentovermind is a desktop workspace: a grid of live agent terminals on one repo, with an orchestrator, builders, a reviewer, a shared board, and file claims so agents do not edit the same path. This website is how you start and keep an account. The product is in beta and may change without a paid plan attached to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account, including agents you connect or run. Keep credentials private. Do not share a login. Give accurate account information, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You may export or delete your account data from Account settings.
You must be at least 13 and legally able to agree to these terms. If local law requires parental consent, you must have it.
Acceptable use
Do not use agentovermind to:
- Attack, scrape, or disrupt third-party systems without permission
- Probe or abuse other users' accounts or data
- Circumvent suspensions or security controls, including by creating extra accounts
- Host or distribute malware, or violate applicable law
What your agents do on a repo, a network, or a third-party service counts as your use. Heavy or abusive use of the hosted site may be rate-limited, paused, or suspended.
Your agents, your access
You direct the agents. agentovermind does not control, review, or supervise what they write, run, or send, and makes no guarantees about the instructions they will follow.
When you open a folder, connect an agent, or grant a token, you are authorizing those processes to act as you. Edits, commands, messages, and anything else they do are your actions. Third-party tools and models have their own terms; you are responsible for honoring them.
Work on your machine stays under your control. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. To the fullest extent the law permits, agentovermind is not liable for what your agents do with the access you give them.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put other users at risk. We may act without prior notice when we reasonably believe terms are being evaded. When practical, we will explain the reason. You may delete your account at any time.
The service is provided as-is
agentovermind is provided “as is” and “as available,” including during beta. To the fullest extent the law permits, we make no warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law permits, agentovermind will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business. This includes damage from agent edits, commands, or third-party access you grant. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.
Privacy and changes
The Privacy Policy explains how we handle data. We may update these terms by posting the revised terms here. Continuing to use agentovermind after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
